Research scenarios offered by the application are equipped with a set of kinesthetic and voice stimuli generated at the time of occurrence of a specific, undesirable phenomenon. The researcher can design a study in which, when negative employee habits occur, the employee’s mobile application will automatically generate interconnected stimuli indicating the critical importance of a given behavior.
The speech synthesis module provides the compliance of the research with the BDA development model and enables the provision of immediate feedback while the employee performs a given activity with the client.

The WHR system provides an API that allows third-party systems to integrate with the application to use remote learning schemes, i.e. a branch table. When an employee makes a mistake, the result of his action is sent via the API to the speech synthesizer of the e-service, which generates an automatic feedback.
